Chris Pomer - Property Manager, Hammer Real Estate Group

Chris Pomer is the Director of Property Management for Hammer Real Estate Gorup. Prior to his current role Chris was selected to head the management of the Capitol Event Center and its adjacent Residences at the M.A.Y Building. After the purchase of the building in late 2014, Chris embarked on a comprehensive marketing campaign that has significantly reinvigorated interest and increased profitability of the Event Center. Chris was also in charge of the marketing campaign for the M.A.Y. Building Residences, prior to and after the apartment renovation which finished in September 2016. He has worked tirelessly to align the business needs of the locale with the renovation of the Capitol Event Center while highlighting the historic significance of the property as it is reintroduced to Sacramento.

A Sacramento native, Chris is a graduate of Rio Americano High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sacramento State University with a B.A. in History. Chris started as an intern with Sutter Capital Group in 2013 and subsequently obtained his Real Estate Salesperson’s license. He has worked extensively for Sutter Capital Group and Hammer Real Estate Group as an Investment Analyst, Leasing Specialist, Property Manager, and Realtor.


 

Marques Davison - Concierge Services Manager

Marques Davison is a Bay Area Native and has been resident of Sacramento for over the past decade. Marques specializes in Audio Visual support with ten years as a Live Sound Technician and over five years experience as an assistant event coordinator at Sacramento City Community College. His extensive background in music, theater, business and student government has further enabled him to be a highly valued member of the Hammer Real Estate Group team.
